This project is the result of guided work-sessions with an alumni-group from the London School of Architecture. With the aim to build a digital landscape for a physical restoration and art-site project in Northern Italy.
We created a framework for the architects to create their own landscape and populate it with buildings corresponding to physical counterparts. The digital landscape is inspired by pantomime plays that originated in Italy. With parallax and shadow rendering techniques the website opens as a pantomime box. Just as its physical counterpart, the digital landscape will grow and evolve over time..
